Allyson Shepston Bibler
Allyson Shepston Bibler, a Summa Cum Laude graduate from Arizona State University, is a graduate of the Sandra Day O’Connor School of Law at Arizona State University and is a proud Sun Devil! Her practice is focused primarily in the areas of estate planning where she develops a comprehensive plan for her clients which may include trusts, wills, powers of attorney, advanced health care directives (living wills) and more. She also provides legal services for probate and elder law (ALTCS/Medicaid planning). She understands that each client brings a unique set of life circumstances and needs that must be addressed independently through a client centered, client tailored approach. She maintains that estate planning is not just for wealthy people; it’s really more like life planning, and it’s for almost everyone.
Mrs. Bibler states, “I see it as a true privilege to assist people with their legal needs both for their planning during their lives and for after their deaths or the death of a loved one. I truly love what I do.”
Mrs. Bibler strives to educate others about the benefits of having their affairs in order through consistent networking and presentations. Knowledge is power, and, as a former teacher, Mrs. Bibler enjoys teaching about the process and importance of having a thoroughly prepared plan for when life (and death) happens. If you’d like Mrs. Bibler to give an Estate Planning or Probate presentation to your group, please call (480) 837-2170.
Mrs. Bibler is a member of WealthCounsel which is a membership community of more than 2500 estate planning and tax professionals, the State Bar of Arizona, the Maricopa County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Scottsdale Bar Association, and the Fountain Hills Chamber of Commerce. She often volunteers at Wills For Heroes where she provides Estate Planning to first responders and their families. She is married and the mother of two. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, taking walks, hiking, and being on the beach.
